All commercial agreements should be reviewed by independent legal and tax advisers. For minors, parent or guardian consent is required for any commercial engagement.

No. Commercial opportunities depend on suitability, visibility, audience, market demand and successful agreement. Athletic Pathways does not guarantee brand partnerships or sponsorship income.
How do you protect an athlete's brand?+
By declining opportunities that are misaligned, by respecting exclusivity and category conflicts, and by supporting the athlete's own advisers on image-rights, tax and legal matters.
