2. Information we collect

Information you provide through our enquiry forms — including your name, contact details, country, sport, role, organisation, athlete or club profile, social-media handles, commercial or investment objectives, supporting documents and any information you choose to include in your message.

For US-scholarship applicants who are under 18, we also collect the name, email and telephone number of a parent or legal guardian, and require their consent before we begin any assessment.

Limited technical information — such as device type, browser and general location — collected via cookies and analytics when you visit this website. See our Cookies Policy.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, provide our consultancy services (athlete development, sponsorship, club-side advisory, scholarship guidance and confidential sports-investment introductions), maintain business records, communicate with you about matters you have raised, and improve the performance and content of this website.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your information on the basis of your consent (for enquiry forms and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and to comply with applicable legal obligations under Cyprus law and the EU GDPR.

5. Applicants under 18 (minors)

US-scholarship enquiries and any other services aimed at athletes are not intended to be submitted directly by children under 18 without parental involvement. Where an applicant is under 18, we require the enquiry to be submitted by, or with the express consent of, a parent or legal guardian, whose contact details and Privacy Policy acceptance are captured in the form. We will only continue the assessment once that consent is confirmed.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share information with trusted service providers (for example email, hosting and analytics providers) strictly to operate our services, and with third parties — such as universities, clubs, sponsors, brands or potential investors — only where required by law or with your explicit consent as part of an introduction we make on your behalf.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers and partners are based outside the European Economic Area. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, in line with the EU GDPR.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, as well as restriction of processing, objection to processing or data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Contact us at info@athleticpathways.global.

If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus, the competent authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).

9. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless an engagement leads to a longer client relationship.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No transmission over the internet is completely secure and you share information with us at your own risk.

11. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
